1. Legitimacy of educational institutions
Hong Kong Bauhinia College is a legally registered school under the Hong Kong Education Ordinance Cap. 279. One of the registered school directors approved by the School Management Committee, also known as the Education Bureau, is appointed as the school supervisor to oversee the operation of the school.
2、 The relationship between our school and "Li Lu Education (Hong Kong) Investment Management Co., Ltd." "Li Lu Education (Hong Kong) Investment Management Co., Ltd." has no relation to the operation of our school.
3、 Independence of International Course Registration
The international curriculum system registered by our school is Pearson Edexcel for grades 7 to 13, not Cambridge Advanced Level. In addition, the license approved by the Education Bureau based on the school's registered location cannot be transferred or lent to other school addresses for use. Our school will never tolerate any behavior that damages the reputation of Hong Kong Bauhinia College, and strongly condemns those who spread false rumors, and reserves all rights to pursue legal action. The Hong Kong Bauhinia College has never used any other school's license since its registration in 2023.

1、 Independence of educational entities
Our school completed registration in 2023 in accordance with the Education Ordinance of Hong Kong. It is a fully independent private school and has no legal connection with "Chung Ching Secondary School" in terms of asset ownership, management structure, financial responsibility, etc.
2、 Our school does not have any cooperative relationship with the following projects
The star picking organization carries out DSE courses under the name of "Chongzheng Middle School" cooperation, and has no cooperative relationship with "Hong Kong Bluebell College".
3、 Independence of teaching resources
Teaching staff team
All in-service teachers in our school are independently employed and have no cross disciplinary relationship with star picking institutions or the teaching team of Chongzheng Middle School.
Course Setting
The curriculum offered by our school is exclusive to the Hong Kong Bauhinia College and has no connection with the courses provided by star picking institutions and Chung Cheng Secondary School (whether similar or not).
Student Connection
All student files of our school belong to the Hong Kong Bauhinia College. Students admitted to star picking institutions and Chung Cheng Secondary School do not enjoy our school's academic status or further education resources.
4、 Reserve the right to pursue legal action
According to Section 7 "False Product Description" and Section 13A "Misleading Omission" of the Hong Kong Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Chapter 362), our school reserves the right to take legal action against any organization or individual who engages in the following behaviors:
1. Using geographic and business descriptions to mislead the public and create associations;
2. Implies or explicitly states in promotional materials that there is a cooperative or inheritance relationship with our school;
3. Unauthorized use of our school's registered trademarks, campus images, or student achievements.

The Hong Kong Bauhinia College currently has only one educational location, which is P30 platform, Phase 1, Telford Plaza, 33 Wai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay.
2、 Shenzhen Manchestone Castle School has no connection with our school
Recently, we received inquiries about whether the MIS Zijing Academy DSE course and the "Shenzhen Manchestone Castle School" are related to our school. Our school has no connection with the two projects mentioned above, nor is there any form of cooperation.
